francosiu 0 Posted August 1, 2012 I have a AVTech DVR with 4 camera. Recently, I have purchase a new computer with Window 7 (64bit) & IE9. With the new computer, I can view live video. However I can not view/playback record video. IE just display a Dark black screen. I disable the antivirus & firewall and still no video. I even delete some the of the AVC dll and reinstall them and I still can not view the video. I have don't have this issue with my old XP computer. Can someone help me. Thanks! hi tech co HK 0 Posted August 2, 2012 You have to download player software for playback the recorded video.and that you can download from configration option.
