camera system with built in wifi router

this is what I am trying to do. I will be where there is no internet access but I need to setup a remote camera system with pan tilt capabilities. I need to stream the feed to an android device where I can hopefully record the video. I have looked into gopro and the wifi backpack system and it will do what I want minus the pan tilt. I have been looking for an ip camera with wifi router built in. I want to be able to turn on my droid see the wifi network and then connect and then stream. does this exist?

So my solution so far is a gopro hero 2 with wifi backpack

or get a foscam and a cheap router and build my own network. Is there any other choices?

 

I saw a product called http://looxcie.com/ it seems this does it over bluetooth.

it pairs with phone or tablet and allows streaming. this is exactly what I need but the quality isnt very good.

 

been researching the hell out of this today.

Im looking for the exact same device, though I dont want to stream to android device, but to an average windows system, capable of recording the stream.

Currently Im also very interested in the looxcie-cam. It seems that even the CIA is imperessed, as they started to put money into the company:

Currently the company seems to be hard working to improve their android market app to support windows system.
