IMIT 0 Posted August 2, 2012 I'm hoping to find a simple solution to a simple issue. After setting up a user profile, configuring the network settings for static IP, save all work done. tomcctv 190 Posted August 2, 2012 Hi. then your new password has not been given its level. i.e user / admin. go into user setup after you have entered your new account as admin then go to the old password and set it to user. then reboot with new password and delete old one.
