Req expert advice on CCTV Control Room Setup

Hi People,

 

I'm new and have bee recently been involved in setting up a new CCTV control room. The area of operations would be monitoring th ext/int perimeters of a school campus approx a hectar large.

 

Would anyone able to advise me what are the structural plans/considerations to setup a CCTV Control Room from stretch ? Another word, how to go about it and kickstart.

- Monitor Displays

- Equipments (CCTV Cameras/PTZ Controller/DVR)

- Softwares

- Staffing

- Ergonomic Factors

- Training Plan & Procedures
