the lemming 0 Posted August 11, 2012 Hi My SWANN USB device has died and as such I can't use the SWANN CCTV software with another USB capture device. So I'm stuffed. I've got a new USB device that will work with my Analogue CCTV camera but I don't have any software so I would very much appreciate some recommendations for software that has motion detection. the lemming 0 Posted August 11, 2012 If I had to part with hard earned cash, what should I go for? Is Vitamin D worth a punt?
mike_va 0 Posted August 11, 2012 VitaminD is phenomenal if you want to know what is going on and get useful notifications, and/or don't want to spend your life reviewing footage each day... I also run other VMS recording continuous, don't know if they work with USB devices.
Blake CCTV 3 Posted August 31, 2012 I have just tried the trial version of vitamin d and o am very impressed, very easy to use. I will consider buying the full version for my customers. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

MaxIcon 0 Posted August 31, 2012 Blue Iris is inexpensive ($50) with no per-cam licenses, and there's a demo download to see how well it works for you.
