nsullivan1 0 Posted August 11, 2012 I am wanting to control a PTZ camera that uses RS-485 with a Pelco DVR either if it's DX8000 or a DVR5100. I know they both put out RS-422 but I need to know if I can control RS-485. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ChrisL 0 Posted August 12, 2012 I believe both support 485 through the RJ45 ports on the back. I am 100% sure the DX8000 does. I am about 90% on the 5100.
