polaret 0 Posted August 22, 2012 Hi i have installed an8 ch avtech i set it up network everything ok the port is open i can see it via 192.168.1........ but i cant see it by mobile phone with supervisor program ,when i am trying to connect give me message login failure although i have the corect username and password, and also i cant connect via dyndns from away PC,can anyone help . PS. i have 2 16ch CPcam (AVtech)devices both mainboard problems,can i find any parts? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

polaret 0 Posted August 25, 2012 I used 9999 or 8080 or 6500 these ports are free (not blocked ). My problem is by cell phone i cant have access, i use supervisor .
