adamxp12 0 Posted August 28, 2012 I bought this pelco spectra ii used it all works fine but when it it pans it makes a grinding noise and nocks it self out of alignment so presets are useless and so is camera when you cant pan it just sticks. i have another pelco spectra ii wich does the same but only in one spot i took it apart and cant see anything thats grinding.
