PSS / QVIS Apollo HD D1 RT DVR problems HELP!!!!!!!

Recommended Posts

Hi there, just got the above DVR when I moved up to 6 QVIS cameras but I've got a few problems/faults detailed below.

System Details:

It says PSS V4.05 is installed on my PC but I have downloaded and installed the 4.06.0.R.120109 version, I have tried to install the latest 4.06.2.R.120711 but it won't let me - See errors jpeg's attached for this.

Anyway my problems are:

1) When I call up the motion activation files and watch them they seem to repeat, the repeat version is always badly pixilated

2) If I download the file and then watch it on my PC when it comes to the end it doesn't repeat the screen goes black with a ghost image of the start of the recording shows then freezes?

3) On the main PSS screen on my PC I have to keep changing each camera window from Low to High Quality and from Default to Reltime Level1 on each camera every time I log in?

4) I can only watch 4 cameras in the Playback window, is this maximum?

5) Minor irritation - When I exit PSS and type my password and press enter it doesn't work, I have to use the mouse to click OK

Can anyone help me with these settings or faults?

I ran the QVIS Zeus HD D1 DVR previously when I had 4 cameras and didn't have issues 1 or 2 (just 3 & 4)

Any help would be very grateful as my CCTV is important, recently jailed some scrote for attacking my vehicle so need to ensure it's working 100%, thanks for any help it's much appreciated.

Forgot to mention that any changes in the Device Conf section on my PC won't save, I also can't scroll across the window to the other buttons settings for some reason, I can only change the setting by connecting a monitor direct to the DVR?

Any help would be much appreciated by you expert types.
