If it's less than $100 for a 700tvl effio-p or effio-e, then its a cheap quality camera. Too many factories in china are copying the true camera, and are cost cutting weather proofing. A true 700tvl effio 72 ir leds camera should not cost less than $150. I've bought some for less than $100 and found them to be cheap chinese cams that are of poor quality.
