Toaster 0 Posted September 9, 2012 Which way is better? Siamese cable or cat5? The cable is about the same price... 1000ft of either for about $100 locally. So it comes down to the ends or baluns. Looks like the baluns might be a better choice, plus the cable will be easier to work with (cat5 being smaller and more flexible then rg59 siamese cable) Opinions? I saw some 3 in 1 baluns that run power, video and audio all in one and they use a standard ethernet plug too... pretty cool. Anyone know where to get these cheap? (beside's ebay from china?)
