If anyone would like to log in for a demo of the IR dome, send me a PM and I'll give you the address.

I'm interested to try it out, but don't have privilege to PM yet. Can you send me the direction to demo? Thanks.

I was playing around with the camera with its OSD menu. I'm not in it now if you want to try it again. What did you think of the image though?

I'm playing with fps and bitrate for the camera. If I'm on my local network, the lag is not much at all. I can see the camera move and it moves pretty

much realtime. On my iphone with 3g, it's about 8 second delay. If I'm on wifi on my iphone, it's about 2-3 second delay.
