IPC-HDB3200CN No live view through Web access

I recently bought a IPC-HDB3200C Dahua mini Dome and when I log in through my web browser when I click live feed I get nothing but a blank page sometimes it cause IE to stop responding. It works fine on PSS and my NVR but when I connect to the camera directly I can't get a video. I can adjust the Mirror option and the Flip but can not adjust the brightness, contrast or WDR BLC settings.

 

I have tried 2 different computers and both of my cameras.

And I just fixed it. All it was is I had to run Internet Explorer as Administrator

I feel silly now but I guess I can keep it for people that might run into the same problem. Sorry guys these are my first IP cameras I've had.

The ActiveX control probably didn't get installed properly or at all.
