Hybrid DVR or NVR?

I'm planning on building a new system using Dahua products and want to know if I should buy a Hybrid DVR or an NVR? What are some of the pros and cons? Also, should I get the Hybrid DVR with Effio?

Hi. dahua hybrids are very limited. take a look at the 8ch units ....... 8ch@D1 / 4ch@720P / 2ch@1080P

The NVR seems to have the same stats. What do you recommend?
