Qsee web client firefox and internet explorer issue

I am running windows vista, i tried firefox but as soon as i try logging into the client, i get a message saying flashplayer has crashed. I tried updating flash player, didnt help, i tried downgrading flashplayer, and that didnt work. When i use internet explorer 64bit, the web client does not load at all when i type in the ip address in the web browser. Please help. This is qsee qt 4516
