iPOS Live crashes Aver software

I am setting up an Aver system with 2 6480 boards and have pos data running to it perfectly.

 

My issue is when I click "ipos live" and try to go back on a transaction, the dvr software freezes and crashes.

 

Any ideas on this, or is there a way to disable this button?
