Opinions on this camera please Vitek, VTC-IRE70/650

Any comments on this camera or the manufacturer - Vitek? It has all of the features I am looking for.

 

I have a system I've installed that I purchased using an e*esurv Full D1 DVR and (6) 700 TVL bullet cams around my home. Now I need one camera to see down the street to fully cover the street approx 8-10 houses down. This is a small cul-de-sac HOA of which I'm being reimbursed so that we can watch vehicles entering and leaving the street as well as provide an additional deterrent with signage. We had a break in 2 houses down the other day, and my one cam was able to provide LE with good evidence as to the make/model of vehicle which allowed them to ID it as stolen that day in another part of town.

I have used several Vitek outdoor vandal proof dome cameras and have been very pleased with them. I have not tried any of their bullet cameras yet so I can't comment on those.

We have several of these installed with no problems however like most Ir cameras the IR range will not be as advertised.

Thanks, yeah I know the IR won't be as good as spec, more important for daytime anyway. Most of the burglaries occur during the day.
