Dedicated Micros ECO9 DVR on Iphone

What App i can use on the iPhone to watch Dedicated Micros ECO9 DVR preferably free app if available.

I have the latest software on the DM DVR ECO9 installed

I was able to get it working with "DM Eco DVR" app but only when i log in locally with WiFi to the same network. when i disconnect from local wife and connect with outside connection it times out with ERROR "could not retrieve data" any ideas my port 80 is opened on the router as well as 8234 prrt.

Any ideas?
