oldrolla 0 Posted October 5, 2012 Correct me if i am wrong but Vitamin D is only for Win and Mac OS's....so no it wont work on the Raspberry Pi as it is Linux based.
yakky 0 Posted October 5, 2012 People have gotten the raspberry pi to run windows, but its a tiny arm processor that will not have the power to run any app that does video analysis. There are plenty of other solutions in a small form factor with some crunching power. 20 minutes at Newegg will give you plenty of ideas.
bryan583 0 Posted December 31, 2012 If you are still interested YES you can run vitaminD on the paspberry pi. Even though the pi is Linux based you can download a program called "wine". Sudo apt-get install wine1.4 Copy and paste this into a terminal and it will download and install wine then you will be able to install vitamin D. Hope this helps. thewireguys 3 Posted January 1, 2013 "Vitamin D Video requires at minimum a 2.0 GHz processor, but this number alone doesn't necessarily specify how fast your computer runs programs. More important is the number of "cores" on your computer."
