VIOLA M4BL network help req'd

hi .

 

just got a viola m4bl DVR and im having trouble setting it up to view it remotely,

 

the manual is not really helpfull at all as it says let your it admin set the nessacery parameters ... which is not very usefull to me in the slightest...

 

ive forward the req'd ports 67,68,80 in my router and a prog called pfp portchecker says they are open,

 

but im lost as to what parameters i put in the dvr, or where i get the parameter information from...

 

any help would be greatly appreciated..

 

a guy mentiond using or doing something about/with fly2dns.net but he lost me ...lol

 

sorry for been a thicko but as im getting older (47) my brain hurts with all this thinking so i need help ..
