Login Failed on eyemax dv-9120

Hello, i installed a pc based dvr system using eyemax dv-9120, the video is good, but does not allow to see it from outside using the internet, the ports have the forwarding setup in the router. If i try it using the IE, give me the login screen but after a while says login failed. I test it doing a ping to the IP, it works, i try it a dyndns name and give me the ping and the login screen too, but still login failed.

 

If i try it in the internal network it works.

 

Can someone give me any idea ?

Hi there. I was excited to see this post because I have used eyemax products for about 4 years now and I'm familiar with your setup. You need to forward three ports I believe it's 9091 9092 80. To verify this go to control>setup>network and click the details box next to the port number in the dvr server box. You have to have all three forwarded or it wont work. It sounds like you've got port 80 open but not the other two. Also try downloading the client software from eyemaxdvr.com same ports but the interface is a bit more in depth. Best of luck!
