tomcctv 190 Posted March 18, 2013 ok home is talk talk (carphone warehouse) you may find you will have to change router to something better. something you can control like a netgear
Rudie 0 Posted March 19, 2013 Hi Tom, have considered that but wanted to give it a good try first. Ports 80 and 34567 are open and CCTV on port 80 works so router is working but can't understand why port 34567 isn't. I have an old router somewhere so may dig that out
Rudie 0 Posted March 19, 2013 Hi, changed the DVR port to 37777 still no luck. port 80 still works on computer but 'time is out' error when i try and connect via apps on phone. screenshots of port mapping and port triggering attached...

Rudie 0 Posted March 28, 2013 Have looked at the Mobile Monitor setting in Net Service, it is enabled and set to 34599 (cant change it either).... So have added this into the router. Port 34599 is now open, but when i try and set the Media Port from 37777 to 34599 in the Network section, it complains about a Port Conflict. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. k-wise 0 Posted November 8, 2014 Got it working on port 34599 using MEye. Thanks all. Hi Rudie, Not sure if you still use these forums, but with regards to this matter, did you leave the Media port on the DVR set at 37777 and just have the mobile app connect on 34599? So all you would have to do is open port 34599 on your router? Thanks, Keith.
Rudie 0 Posted May 7, 2016 Hi Keith, Dvr is set to 34567 but the mobile app connects on 34599
