I found only this unit: http://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/nvr60006000d6000dr-3.html It looks like we have only one option - buy desktop CPU - i7, lots of RAM and couple HDD Anybody is using Synology NVR unit ? Looks very nice, but it costs a lot $$$ This is nice calculator to choose the right model: http://www.synology.com/products/nvr.php?lang=us For 16 cams / 1080 / 25 FPS - we need 3 units $3000 each !!! vector18 1 Posted October 14, 2012 If your customer needs 16 1080P cameras, I hope your charging a ton of money for it. And keep in mind, even if he/she shops around, any other companies price will be high as well so do not worry about letting them know that each NVR will be big money.
