"recording missing" flashing on screen

I'm having an issue that Aver is aware of, but say it is very rare, and they do not have a fix (other than to downgrade to a previous version). Using the two latest versions of the software, I get "recording missing" in red flashing across the screen. Yet, when I play back that camera, nothing is actually missing. It will only happen on cameras that are actually recording. Has anyone else experienced this? A couple of clients I have downgraded and it works fine. I may have to do that everywhere, but would rather keep current with the software.

Which version of the nvr software are you using?

I have seen it before with version 7.9.0.0024 and it is solved with version 7.9.0.0026.

Thank you very much... that worked. I thought I had the latest version, but I must not have read the numbers correct. In fact it looks like they took down .26, and now have up .29. So far it is working. Thanks for saving me from a downgrade.
