janbo 0 Posted October 22, 2012 Does anyone have any idea where one can find a driver ( Techwell TW9903) ? I only want to use it as a video capture card as I use Blue Iris which takes care of recording for me. I have mostly IP cameras and a few video only cameras. I have been using a video card made by pico which does not work very well with 1 camera and when one adds 2 or more the video goes south.
