After looking around I could not find one which matched the above spec by a "respected brand", which is what led me to buy the above. The drivers and software run without issue. However, I have a certain USB based peripheral which misbehaves when the CCTV software is running and would like to test other software. I know it could be a hardware incompatibility/interference issue between the PCI CCTV card and my USB peripheral too. If there is no alternative software then I will probably have to try out other cards soon as the peripheral is more important.
