mbeaumont 0 Posted October 27, 2012 Hello All, I had a Kguard Sha-104 for about 12 months now. I connected to the unit via internet explorer to see the recorded motion events. I recently bought an apple mac and when I goto the DVR's address the page will not load because IE uses some plugin from Kguard. I downloaded Kview to both my iphone and iPad, but that only shows a live feed. Does anyone know how I can access the recorded files from the unit as I cannot use IE and the kguard plugin. I thought these remote apps allowed you to look at the footage on these devices so I am pretty much stuck. Does anyone have any ideas on a way that I can do this? I really do need access to the stored footage and I cannot get to the DVR easily to plug a monitor into it. Cheers Mik
Numb-nuts 1 Posted October 27, 2012 You're screwed, there isn't an Mac browser that will do it not EVEN IE for Mac. You'll have to get a Windows emulation application and start again with the IE for windows, and use the plug in. I am told they run very well, but it's a lot of expense for such a small thing, shame there's no choice.
