8ch Hybrid DVR card and JSurveillance software B v6.4.24

Hi,

 

I have one of the above cards and the JSurveillance software. I believe it is a TC-2608 model the PC card is labled card v1.2A. I am installing on Windows 7 64Bit. The chips on the board ate Techwell

I get no video from the analogue inputs.

I believe that the issue is the drivers are not loading or ar not suitable for 64bit.

Does anyone else have this card and are they running it on Win7 64bit?

 

Further details

It appears that the drivers are not loading and therefore the software cannot display the video input. I have tried 2 video sources and confirmed they are outputting a composite signal. Software is set to PAL as is the camera output.

I have tried on 2 systems one being a bare operating system install.

 

When I select 'driver install' the setup advises Installation Complete.

But the device manager shows no driver installed as per the screen shot.

When I try to install drivers without the card it says no hardware found, so the PC is recognising the card.

 

I don't have an IP camera that is recognised by the system so I can't test it with that.

Does anyone have drivers for this or any help would be appreciated.

I have just found out that this card will not work with Windows7 64 bit.
