Samsung SHR-5162 DVR backup access

Hey guys, I recently came upon one of these units due to an incident that happened at a mcdonalds by my house. I have the unit and I am accessing the backup but it only appears to be for a 10 day period, back to october the 13th. The day I need to access is october the 6th. Is there anything I can do? It seems to be erased but I know that may not always be the case. any help would be appreciated.
