PoE IP cameras - What type of ethernet cable? Cat5e, Cat6?

Hi Guys,

Im installing a few IP cameras with runs of about 200-250ft. What type of cable is recommended? Cat5e, Cat6? etc.

Doesn't matter both have the same 328ft limitation.
