n0fx 0 Posted November 12, 2012 Has anyone had any experiences with backing up with Dahua's backup function on the DVR itself? I have a 32 channel that I'm trying to backup using MD (Motion detection) and all 32 channels but I seem to have a problem backing up more than 1024 events. When I go to backup and select type MD, all video channels, it just won't go past 1024 events or lines. The machine first adds all events it finds, then gives you the option to do a backup. I ran the backup on my external HD anyways but it only showed the first 1024 events and nothing else. Anyone know anything about this? It seems like the only way to bypass this is to use the network backup with a PC, where you can schedule automated backups but it's just so slow doing it that way.
