Raysharp DVR and Vitamin D

Good Evening,

 

I am having big problems trying to grt Vitamin D to work with my Raysharp DVR.

 

After hours of research I have been told that I need to find out the stream address of the Raysharp DVR ?

 

Please could somebody help as I do not know what to do next ?
