From the Caribbean.

 

I work for a company here that deals with TYCO products and sales, one of the key products being the Intellex line of DVR's

 

I've had little dealings with the DVR, a colleague who was with the company use to see about all the problems that arose from clients and up until recently, I've been tossed into his shoes in dealing with these matters (My colleague has left the company).

 

I come from an IT background, having knowledge in CompTIA A+

 

Nevertheless, even I will encounter problems that I will have little knowledge of and in need of advice from those who will have more experience than myself.
