Geovision GV650v3 - Duplicate cameras

Hi,

 

I'm using a GV650 (16 channel) with v6.05 software on Windows XP, and for some unknown reason cameras are appearing twice or not at all.

 

I've listed below how they're appearing, camera number on the left also appearing as camera number on the right.

 

1 > 7

2 > 8

4 > 10

5 > 11

13 > 15

14 > 16

 

3, 6, 9, 12 don't appear at all.

 

The cameras have been independently checked with a test monitor and are all functioning correctly.

 

A little stumped, has anyone experienced this behaviour before?

What leads are you using? Did you buy the card new and complete?

 

If its older card and newer style leads then put the blue lead into black port and black lead into blue port

The card is from an old system I had which was working until the PC failed a couple of years ago, just gotten round to putting it into a spare PC. Seem to have lost the installation CDs, so downloaded v6.05 software.

 

Not sure if card/cables are old or new style, probably old though as had them for about 7 or 8 years. The black leads have 4 white audio connections if that helps.

 

Tried swapping black and blue leads, the pattern of repeating cameras remains the same but with different camera images, of course.
