Dirk_D 0 Posted February 23, 2015 back to my problem - if I can't update the firmware I need to ship them back to China by tomorrow. I gave iTuneDVR access for two days but he was not helpful at all. Your pure Chinese camera is simply gorgeous. Is it worth it change anything? Yes, I looked, everything you need and download everything that I needed! I have a few suggestions, but I will refrain their voice yet. I have already dealt with issues for customization azhahua equipment, recorders, cameras. Of course you need to do is have the device on hand. If you have a personal interest, you can use PSS To configure the device and getting the video from it. However, as far as I understand you have a commercial interest!!! _________________ www : http://www.iTuneDVR.ru vk : http://www.vk.com/iTuneDVR

I looked at your IPC. I saw that your IPC pure china. I downloaded firmware from it. Researched it. Developed a solution for me. In your IPC nothing I did not change or reflash since this I did not have permission and we are nothing agreed. Make the appropriate conclusions and wrote you an answer. What you wrote it - not quite unclear how it will help you! I looked at your problem with the camera and see how to solve it. That's all

I am new to this forum, but reading everything and joining my "expirience", dahua has great platform but "short" hands.Sorry for that. But using opensource kernel and root file system, joining to that good west and east cost heads, should lead to best product ever. But ... are thinking different. Thats pain on my brain and heart... Max 56Mbps incoming bandwidth Your nvr is not capable of what you want.
MaxIcon 0 Posted March 14, 2015 That shouldn't be a bandwidth issue, as 56Mbps max is 14Mbps per cam. You can run 4 1080p or 3MP cams at 8Mbps with no problem, giving 32Mbps total, and can usually drop them to 4Mbps with no obvious degradation unless running very high frame rates. This is a firmware design limitation, I'd think, but I don't have one of these NVRs.
tng5737 0 Posted March 15, 2015 The limitations are probably due to the 'player' inside the firmware.
sfmartin 0 Posted March 20, 2015 Hello Everyone, I am new on Dahua products. I just bought a Dahua NVR 3116. I am having some problems configuring the DDNS as the configuration is removed everytime the NVR restarts. I want to upgrade its firmware to the latest version available to see if this fix the problem. The FW version the NVR currently has is: 2.610.0000.5,Build:2013-5-25 (Serial No. PA3EP04200081). I was reading most of this post and what I could see is that the latest firmware available for this NVR (PAL version) is "General_NVR3xxx_Eng_P_V2.616.0000.0.R.20140110.bin" Can someone confirm if this is correct and if it is working properly for this NVR? This is the link where I got the firmware from: ftp://ftp.wintel.fi/drivers/dahua/NVR-sw/NVR-3XXX/ Thanks for your support! Sebastian

yaserzahiri 0 Posted March 29, 2015 Hallo, i've been in the forums as a passive member for quite a while and now i like to contribute some little information to this forum. I noticed that with the v2.4x baseline firmware releases the well known telnet access root/vizxv is gone For me as a linux guy i wasn't happy with it at all so i took some time to reverse enginieer the firmware of my HFW4200s camera. I manage to analyse the telnet authorization part in the firmware. The /etc/passwd is still the same so the old password should work as always but the engineers at dahua changed the authorization so this file is never read for login. First i was able to patch the busybox binary to accept any passwords but a couple of hours later i was able to enter a valid password. In fact the secret login/password consists of a valid user with administrator privileges to the web interface (e.g. admin) and a password with a 'secret' prefix. Long story short as in my case with login 'admin' and password 'admin' my telnet login is like this: login: admin password: 7ujMko0admin So the prefix '7ujMko0' is the important part here. Finally i'm able to telnet login to my cameras again Can any of you double check on that? Happy telnet login! Regards, hdo
