eos 0 Posted September 22, 2013 Hi,As said above, I have just installed the following firmwares : NVR >>General_NVR3xxx_Eng_P_V2.610.0000.5.R.20130525 CAMS >>>General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517 I did that to have the same area selection system on the NVR or on the CAMS (= the new system with 4 frames + sensitivity + threshold) instead of the old one (grid + sensitivity). Just after the installation, everything was OK : I had the frame system available when connecting to the cams and also in the NVR menu. But today, the old grid system is back in the NVR menu : I open the webpage of the NVR > “Config” > “Detect”. The new page opens like this (notice the threshold + sensitivity bar) but after 2 seconds, the page turns like this : Does anyone know how I can I fix that and recover the threshold control in the NVR ? We are an alarm company that uses G4 and with the latest firmware and optimizer firmware installed in a 32 channel NVR with cameras with latest firmware, I noticed the threshold bar using Web Service in IE. I clicked on detect and it shows up for a split second then the old style screen comes back similar to what the poster said above. What is up with this? Is the new style of "detect" far superior to the old way. I do not like the current way, it has not been too effective for our company. Maybe someone could find out. Thanks
MaxIcon 0 Posted September 23, 2013 You might want to clear your browser cache and remove the active-x software, if you're using that, so that it reloads fresh when you start it up. Sometimes the old software causes trouble if it's left behind. My Dahua camera has an uninstall program in the start/program files/webplugin.exe folder, and the files are installed under /program files/webrec. Yours may have a different location, or it may be different for the NVR. If that doesn't help, it may be a bug, and good luck with the Dahua support.

Also, can consider taking russian language course

Caporeira 0 Posted October 4, 2013 But all firmware (newer to) from HFW2100 will be work on IPC-HBD3200C ? Because I can't found new firmware to my HDB3200C So, I will try tommorow. I have two PAL cameras version. ============================================================ Ok, I have updated my HDB3200C from 2.103.0000.0.T, build : 2012-09-11 to 2.210.0001.0.R, build : 2013-05-17. But now on SubStream I see less area as earlier The SubStream (D1 resolution) is very imported for me. Someone can recommend PAL firmware to 3200C ? With on SubStream normal area, and where url snapshot worked.
toto0702 0 Posted October 9, 2013 Dear all, I have 2 IP camera Dahua IPC HFW3200S and I have upgraded one of them with the last version (V2.211.0000.0.R.20130726). The reason of this upgrading is that I have problem to calibrate the motion detection (threshold and sensitity values). With this firmware I can correctly calibratebecause now Dahua has added a dynamic graph in the motion detection menu. But now I don't have attachment in emails... Can you explain why and tell me if Dahua has published new firmware ? Thank you
Douglaster 0 Posted October 9, 2013 I used the NTSC version of this release to update my HFW3300C and HFW2100N - no problems. Can you post it please ?
