Tomscave 0 Posted October 13, 2013 Here is the NTSC version. This firmware is for both the 2100 and the 3200S. http://192.95.33.40/~warforce/Files/General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_N_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517.bin Thanks for the link. I update both of my HFW3200S cameras and they work fine. I like the new features.
eos 0 Posted October 14, 2013 Regarding the new firmware, we have the Dahua 1.3 megapixel eyeball cams and bullets going to the 32 channel non-poe NVR with latest firmware in all items from Gen4. The puzzling issue is that motion detection in camera has the new threshold and sensitivity features, and the NVR does not. Therefore if you set it in the camera and then apply any setting under "detect" in NVR you will have changed everything in the camera. Basically getting a continuous motion recording situation and ruining whatever patterns you have set up. The new firmware in camera only gives 4 adjustable squares for motion detection areas, the NVR has anything you want with only a global 1 to 5 sensitivity level. Therefore no meshing between camera and NVR. Has anyone overcome this or is there new firmware for the NVR that has the new motion settings? Also what would cause the cameras to change their profile schedule day/night back to full? Kinda a pisser to find all your cameras on this job going back to color when you have set them to go black/white at night a week later randomly. Clock is set in each camera properly with the correct time in each one. Seems like a bug to me, the mfg. has not helped in any of the above issues. Thoughts? Caporeira 0 Posted October 17, 2013 I have problem, because I have the same software (2013-07-26) on my HDB3200C and HFW2100. When I log in web browser (Mozilla and IE) on my HDB3200C all works fine. Hugo 0 Posted November 11, 2013 Hi. I've tried these firmwares on my HDW2100 Pal camera: - 2.100.0001.0.R build 20121031 - 2.210.0001.0.R build 20130517 - 2.211.0000.0.R build 20130726 but the it still doesn't upload to FTP! (both Motion video and Snapshots). Any suggestion? Anyway, the last WEB Version 3.2.1.128519 (firm 2.211.0000.0) works better on Apple Safari through NPMedia plugin but doesn't work on Mac Firefox. (I'm sorry for my english).

Dâniel Fraga 0 Posted November 11, 2013 Are you usind DD-Wrt's FTP server? it is a ProFTPD server Check the AllowOverwrite directive. It must be outside the directory you're writing to. Just add: AllowOverwrite on to the end of proftpd.conf and it should work. I faced the same problem with Proftpd from DD-Wrt.
Hugo 0 Posted November 11, 2013 Check the AllowOverwrite directive Thank you Dâniel. I solved installing PureFTPd.

MaxIcon 0 Posted December 14, 2013 Here's a post with a link for 20130517, NTSC version. I don't know if it works with the 4300 or not. There's also a 20130313 version. You can find links to various versions by searching the forum for 20130517 or 20130313. viewtopic.php?f=19&t=33328&p=232953&hilit=20130517#p232953 Note that there's always a risk upgrading Dahua firmware, and their technical support is essentially non-existent. There's a reason the Dahua firmware thread is at 24 pages now...

MaxIcon 0 Posted December 14, 2013 Here are a couple of versions of 20130517. All firmware updates are at your own risk, especially with Dahua. The version, PAL vs NTSC, is designated by the P or N after the ENG designator: General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_P_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517.zip (PAL version, never used by me, full version with a bunch of files that you probably don't need unless you've got the mythical TFTP update working) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5RXJz1sMJ9VcjVkbWlUeFpNYW8/edit?usp=sharing General_IPC-HX3(2)XXX_Eng_N_V2.210.0001.0.R.20130517.bin (NTSC version, bin only, which is what you need, currently installed on my Dahua HFW2100N and HFW3300C cams) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5RXJz1sMJ9VWll1eldiajFXZDQ/edit?usp=sharing C'mon, Dahua, get it together! ilkevinli 0 Posted December 18, 2013 Don't you find it ironic that you are now asking others for firmware, but you refused to give the previous firmware you had to others ? Has somebody got the 20130911 firmware?
msmolow 0 Posted December 21, 2013 First time poster. This is a great resource. I have a HDW2100 and a HDW3200S. Both NTSC. The HDW2100 is 2.211.0000.0.R, build : 2013-07-26 and its interface is IP Camera. The HDW3200S is 2.103.0002.0.R, build : 2013-03-13 and its interface is Web Service 3.0. I'd like to get the HDW3200S to also use the newer IP Camera interface, but I read elsewhere that someone bricked their HDW3200S trying to upgrade to the 7-26 firmware. Does anyone know the latest successful firmware upgrade available for the HDW3200S? Thank you.
ilkevinli 0 Posted December 22, 2013 The 2013-07-26 can be installed on both the 2100 and the 3200. I have installed it personally on both. I have also posted the firmware in this thread. Good luck. msmolow 0 Posted December 22, 2013 Thanks. Any suggestions to minimize the potential for bricking? Anything I can do in advance to undo a brick if it occurs? Happy Hollidays.
