Unable to use Iphone to view feed for zmodo

OK. I have spent several hours searching the internet for the answer and cannot find one. I have an Iphone with a zmodo dvr system. I am able to view the cameras when i am connected to wifi, but when I try to use the 3g connection, I get nothing. Can someone please help. I am using access port 7050 . I would like someone to tell me the best app to use and what information I need to enter in the address portion ect 192.168.1.xx ( do I need to enter the http:// before the 192 first or leave it out.) thanks for any help I can get.
