Geovison Center V2 : Network Connection is lost every 15 min

We have Geovision Center V2 Pr0 ( Version 8.5.6.0 ) on one of our pc . We have six different sites on this software, every 15-20 minutes the software lose connection to the network and refreshes all sites automatically one by one. I been researching about this issue from a while but cannot seems to find any solutions to this.

 

I would be most grateful if you can please assist me with this issue. Please see the following specs of PC and software:

 

• Center V2 Pro Version 8.5.6.0

• Video Format is PAL

• Connection Speed is LAN

• Router have NAT installation

• Firewall is off at the moment and there is no antivirus running
