Can not get Date Time Stamp on GV-CBW220 FTP .jpg image

Geovision GV-CBW220 Cube Camera with static image FTP'd, but no Date/Time Stamp

How do I get the Date/Time Stamp to appear on a .jpg image FTP'd to my server. I have applied Text Overlay and activate Water Mark. Very annoying problem
