hikvision rtsp port forwarding ?

Recommended Posts

Hi

I do have 3 hikvision dvrs in 3 different locations, the routers in those locations create a vpn link to a VPS and I connect to the dvrs through port forwarding on the public IP of the VPS.

Problem is that i can change the Server port which is 8000 by default and I can change that on the ivms port, however the rtsp port can not be set in the application although it can be changed in the dvr network settings.

Any help please ?

Regards

I am quite sure I have changed the RTSP port on Hikvision DVRs before... But anyway, what would be the problem on having all 3 systems use the same RTSP port? IVMS does not use RTSP at all, so I am not sure if you know exactly what RTSP is for.
