cib h-264 port forwarding

I am helping someone set up there CCTV for over internet connection and viewing of a small business. The unit has a port of 80 and I have its ip address. My router installed by my ISP is a ubiquiti AirRouter. I see where port forwarding is and when I put in port 80 and the ip address for my cctv unit i can view it on an app on my phone when on my local wifi but when i disconnect and view from my 3g on my phone I cant see it. What settings am I missing... I dont have to put too much on here for open view. Thank you.
