Panasonic WV-CS 564/570/574 - anybody familiar with this?

I have 3 of those and would like to control them with a standard DVR via RS-485 / PTZ.

 

I would be very happy if somebody can help me out. A fee is no problem.

Better a fee for make them working, than scraping the cameras.
