Drakkim 0 Posted December 18, 2012 I have a 16 channel DVR model D9016-H that seems to have stopped working. The machine has sat for a couple months offline, but when I tried to set it back up, I got a problem. The machine starts fine, then about a second after showing the camera feeds, the video cuts out. My TV says 'No signal'. I am using the same HDMI cable and TV as before. I also connected a VGA monitor, just to check... the monitor runs the same as the TV, until the TV (briefly) shows the cameras, then the monitor says 'Cannot display this video mode.' The DVR is not visible on my network, but I don't recall for certain if I had it running on DHCP or static IP... but either way, it should respond to a port scan on my network to find it. The video problem happens whether or not the network is connected. Any ideas? Edit: Once the video turns off, the HDD light blinks constantly.
