QVis Eden DVR - Need help setting up the CMS

I recently replaced a 7 year old DVR with a new QVis Eden 8 channel DVR and got everything hooked up alright, but I can't figure out QVis's CMS. I downloaded the viewing software for my DVR and it tells me I need to go to system -> device manager to add my device. There are only 3 options in the device manager: Add Area, Devices Import, and Devices Export. Any ideas what I do here to hook the remote software up to the DVR? Or, failing that, is there a more robust universal CMS package I could purchase that might be easier to setup?

So this is how you do it:

First, run the program as administrator

Second, go to system -> device manager, then click on Zone. Name it anything you want. Then enter the IP address of your DVR, and you are good to go.

Hiya guys i have just tried doing this as this is one of the problems i had however it keeps coming up the user is in blacklist??
