How to record on built-in HDD?

Hi guys

 

Please say hi to a newbie who is setting surveillance system for the first time in life " title="Applause" />

 

So here is what i have done so far.

 

- HDD Sata is installed into my 4-channel DAHUA DVR - BCS0404LE-A

- One camera is connected and can be seen in PSS v4.04 (latest?)

- I set up motion detector alarm and it is working and recording . but on my disk on PC !?

- web service via my static IP is working

 

Here are the questions;

 

- How to set Dahua to use his internal built-in hard disk? In settings - options everything is set to record (alarms, snaphosts) on c:/PSS. So i guess if my PC is turned off it is not recording.

- Are these settings i make on PSS, saved to my DVR?

- I received a remote control for my DVR .. where is "screen" so i can see what am i doing?
