pmara1 0 Posted December 29, 2012 Hope someone can help since KGuard tech support is absolutely useless. Recently performed a FW update and it seemed to go fine until the DVR got stuck in initialization after the FW update. DVR will boot up just so far and gets stuck. Unit shows all 8 channels of rolling distorted video but unable to go any further, unable to access controls because unit is frozen. Was told that the unit is bricked, but have read that there are ways to correct it. Can someone please help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
