AVTECH KDP677ZL ethernet port problem!

Hello this is my first post in the site.

I have an avtech kdp677zl DVR and six cameras on it everything was working fine and i could watch the cameras from the internet until 10 days ago when the ethernet port does not work.

I mean that i cannot connect to the dvr fron lan network or internet. I noticed that the sign on the screen tha shows ethernet state always says connected to lan even when i remove the cable.
