PSS download ???

Hi all just a quicky

 

have had pss for a while but not used and forgot password so deleted from pc and downloaded again but still comes up the same done it a few times from dahua and today from bahama sec but thats the same as well all i see is admin and six dots used admin but no go,

 

i deleted through controle panel but not sure if that gets rid of everything

 

any help please

hi if you deleted all and reloaded dont inset passord or user just click ok

Hi tom okay just done that and get user unkown,

admin + admin..........wrong password

 

have other files got to be deleted on the pc that i dont know about?

Hi all ok sorted,

deleted then downloaded vi a 3 network dongle BINGO job done,

could it be to do with ip ad ?
