IP cameras on BNC test Monitors

I am trying to view IP cameras on BNC Analog test Monitors. I have seen it done, I need help with the gadget to do so.

Ther exist some devices in the world:

But, this is not a universal solution. I will reccomend to use VMS client software on smartphone and WiFi. Or, IP cameras with analog output. For final focus settings best way - IP cameras fith remote focus or autofocus functionality.
